Parts Telesales Advisor

We have an exciting position for a Parts Telesales Advisor in our busy Aftersales division

This role is full time at our Nottingham Head Office (no hybrid working

What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll be answering telephone calls quickly and efficiently providing a first class call experience for our Customers
• You’ll be responding to emails in a professional manner
• You’ll be committed to offering honest advice and building a rapport with customers, exceeding their expectations and reassuring them

What you’ll need - skills and experience:

• Proven experience in a Sales office environment. You’ll ideally have practical experience / knowledge of some or all of our product range
• You'll be a confident, enthusiastic and driven team player
• Your personal skills will include accuracy and numeracy as well as computer literacy
• You’ll possess the desire to succeed both individually and as part of the team
