Telesales, Parts & Customer Service

Telesales - The Telesales Department is an extremely busy call centre, handling telephone sales, web support and export enquiries. Our team of trained operators handle in excess of 12,000 calls a month, maximising sales opportunities whilst at the same time providing product advice and fielding delivery queries.

We look for previous experience within a call centre environment and a familiarity of handling a large volume of inbound sales calls, whilst working to sales targets. An interest in our product range and a passion for customer service will provide you with the foundation to succeed in this department.

Customer Service - We go to great lengths to ensure that every customer is totally satisfied with the products and service they receive at Machine Mart. If any of our customers are not totally happy with any product or service, then we want to know - this is where Customer Service comes in.

Dealing with a variety of customer queries by letter, email and phone, they have a close relationship with our stores and other departments, giving them the support they need to solve customer queries and issues. Working together to provide first call resolution maintains the standard of making sure that we turn every customer experience into a positive one.

Parts - Our dedicated Parts department within Head Office hosts over 17,000 spare parts, available for immediate dispatch to our customers nationwide. Join the Parts department to take calls from customers and store colleagues, advising them with your technical product knowledge to identify spare part requirements and completing the sales transaction, or be part of the team that handle the inbound and outbound deliveries, picking and packing.

Given the extensive list of parts stored here, you’ll join us typically from a Mechanical; Pneumatic; Hydraulic; Air; Petrol and Diesel parts or from an Automotive background. You’ll use your excellent communication and organisation skills to ensure a quality service is delivered to all our customers.
