We have an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated Customer Service team based within our Head Office at Nottingham.
Working closely within the Aftersales Department, your duties will include:
- First Time Resolution problem solving for our customers via telephone and email
- Monitoring and responding to queries on social media platforms
- Creation of job cards for warranty claims and returns
- Arranging the return of products for Service or repair
- Liaising with colleagues on a regular basis
- Maintaining accurate and concise records
- General office duties
About you:
- As well as excellent attention to detail you will have a friendly helpful attitude and confident telephone manner as you will play a vital role in communicating with our customers and our Service Department.
- The ability to create accurate documents
- Knowledge and ability using Microsoft Excel and Word documents
- Able to deal with challenging situations.
- Can use discretion to make decisions
- Experience in a similar role is preferred, however you will be trained on all aspects of our internal in-house systems.
