Each of our stores has a management team consisting of a Store Manager and an Assistant Store Manager.
Our Store Managers are commercially aware sales professionals, who have a passion for our product range. They are not afraid to lead from the front and get stuck in, quite literally, with the rest of the team to put the delivery away if needs be. At the same time they play a key role in developing our sales people to maximise store profitability.
Developing a store environment to be proud of, one in which our customers want to shop; our Store Managers are responsible for implementing our business strategy and achieving sales targets. They do this by inspiring, motivating and coaching their team to deliver our first-class, specialist customer service that has our customers returning again and again.
Our Assistant Store Managers are an integral part of the management team and a vital support to our Store Managers, working together to make key decisions ensuring success of the sales team and store. Not forgetting that this too is a very hands-on role, they are heavily involved in actively selling products and in making sure the Machine Mart shopping experience exceeds our customers’ expectations.
